Parliamentary Evening of the law firm Becker Büttner Held on 22 May 2012

On 22nd May 2012, the law firm Becker Büttner Held will hold a Parliamentary Evening in the Parlamentarische Gesellschaft (German Parliamentary Society) in Berlin on the topic „Transformation of the Energy System in the light of the Integration within the European Single Market – Challenges for Grid Stability”. The focal question of this event will be how to make sure that the electricity network remains stable despite the radical changes of the energy system. In this context, Germany should not be seen as an isolated unit but as part of the European network. Representatives of the German Bundestag, of the Federal Network Agency as well as of the German and European energy sector will discuss the problem and possible solutions.

At the turn of the year, Becker Büttner Held has strengthened its management team: in addition to four new Partners Counsel, Dr. Thies Hartmann and Thomas Straßer were made Partners of the law firm.
