The regulation environment is the following:

1. Constant monitoring of new laws (German energy act) and regulations
2. Obligation to inform and participate, constant monitoring of the decision practice of the authorities
3. Control, enactments, fines 
4. General misuse control, especially regarding supply prices 
5. Licensing of the general tariffs of the basic supplier
6. Possibly civil law cases, loss compensation, absorbtion of benefits
