In the area of waste management we advise our clients in all questions relating to national and European legal matters.

Apart from dealing with waste management questions (waste treatment, allocation duties, land filling, waste export) we also specialise in closely related areas: municipal law (communal co-operation, ordinance law), the local government law, the fee laws and public procurement law.

We also focus on disposal related questions regarding the reorganisation of municipal companies, where fiscal and company law matters are of significant importance. The law on waste and contaminated sites is thus a core part of our practise.

Our clients include municipalities, municipal and private disposal companies, power plant operators and investors of industrial parks.
