Unbundling

The European and national requirements regarding the unbundling of energy supply companies still lead to a substantial demand for restructuring the concerned companies. Even in energy supply companies with less than 100.000 customers the legal requirements of accounting unbundling and confidentiality requirements have led to calls for action. Independent of the size of the companies, it is necessary to see unbundling as a strategic decision.

For small and larger energy supply companies, we create the necessary transparency regarding the implementation requirements and provide advice in the process of strategic decisions as to how to implement unbundling requirements, all the way to reorganisation or corporate restructuring. We support our clients in the necessary implementation process starting with the initial workshop and corporate restructuring and continuing with the set-up of internal rules and finally the coordination with the regulatory authority.
