After 15 years of steadily building this area up, renewable energies today contribute indispensably to a sustainable electricity and heating supply with a positive effect on resources and environment. The meaning of these forms of generation is constantly increasing and this process will even intensify. The fast increasing of renewable energy capacities aroused by the Renewable Energy Sources Act brings up many legal problems and conflicts.
