Constitutional and Administrative Law

In the area of administrative law, our focus lies in initiating administrative and judicial proceedings against administrative and financial authorities. We particularly deal with questions of municipal law, the law of special purpose associations and planning law. Furthermore, we advise clients in the area of environmental law.

The fact that questions relating to constitutional law are specifically defined and dealt with accordingly makes this branch of public law a very exciting one. Due to the diversity of detailed administrative law questions against a constitutional law background, this work requires a wealth of experience in relation to both in court and out of court proceedings. In BBH we exhibit the necessary knowledge and experience required. Our clients include municipalities, public utilities and the private sector.

Contact person in this area is Dr. Martin Riedel (Berlin).
