Becker Büttner Held advised Technische Werke Dresden GmbH, a holding company of the capital of Saxony, Dresden, on the acquisition of GESO Beteiligungs- und Beratungs- Aktiengesellschaft, in which EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG had concentrated its energy share in East Saxony. The law firm assisted the whole transaction process including the evaluation of the target company, the financing of the purchase price, as well as the registration with the Federal Cartel Office [Bundeskartellamt].
