The importance of employment law is constantly growing in all areas of economic life, in the energy sector as a result of the necessary restructuring of businesses and in our law firm as a result of the considerably increased demand for transaction advice. Conformity with fundamental employment law requirements is a necessary element for the success of the organisation, of the restructuring and the strategic orientation of any commercial company. We respond to the arising demand for advice with an integrated approach of expertise in corporate law, employment law and tax law and with the experience gathered in many disputes before the labour court and in amicable settlement procedures. Our advice includes the drafting of employment contracts, especially on board and management level, the complete handling of company restructuring processes, (legal issues in relation to business transfers according to Section 613a of the German Civil Code (BGB) social compensation plans, severance and settlement negotiations), any issues in relation to German collective employment law, in particular German commercial constitutional law as well as advice on issues of individual employment law and, if required, representation before the labour court.
