Next to IP protection, the treatment and the use of copy and ancillary copy rights is of special importance. The scope of our legal services ranges from the preparation and supervision of music and film productions to advertisement campaigns.

We represent our clients in the areas of competition law, trademark law and patent design. We examine whether advertisement campaigns comply with competition law and provide advice in relation to the initiation of campaigns, especially the assessment of intended product settings and corporate logos.

Furthermore, we are responsible for registering and enforcing national and/or international trademarks. We advise designers, illustrators and other graphic professionals in the area of design patents.

IT and Internet
In the area of IT law we specialise in the drafting and assessment of software lease and development contracts for standard and specific software as well as for hardware lease and sales contracts. We also advise our clients, who include software producers, internet service providers, system vendors, and EDP customers in the area of use and royalty collection through the internet. In this context, we focus on questions concerning web hosting, web design and domain grabbing. Our activities in this area also include legal questions regarding the Digital Rights Management (DRM).
