The legal field of heat includes all kinds of commercial heat supply. We offer our expertise in questions of classical district heat supply and also in the area of the object-related (local) supply with heat.
We also focus on contracting solutions, especially the supply alternative of energy supply contracting and energy reduction contracting. A comprehensive approach is always very important to us: That is why we are always taking into account general civil law (e.g. an ownership based safeguarding of paid investments), special energy law questions (fee scales, adequacy of heat fees, long-term security of supply, subsidies for contracting models according to the new combined heat and power act as well as the sustainable energies act) and taxation aspects (e.g. concerning optimisation possibilities regarding oil and electricity tax).

Among our clients are heat supply companies, contracting companies, housing companies, leasing companies and service companies involved in heat supply (metering, billing, maintenance etc.).
