Another major practice area of our work includes energy contracting, especially energy supply contracting and energy performance contracting. In adopting a comprehensive approach, we take into account the general civil law (e.g. retention of ownership), special energy law questions (price formation, adequacy of heat fees, long-term security of supply, subsidies for contracting models according to the new combined heat and power act as well as the renewable energy sources act) and taxation aspects (e.g. concerning optimisation possibilities regarding oil and electricity tax).
