Competition law, which is regulated in the German Law against Unfair Competition (Gesetz gegen den unlauteren Wettbewerb - UWG), limits the scope of activity amongst companies in many respects, particularly in the area of advertisement.

Upon request, we provide advice in advance. We also defend our clients against unjustified warning letters. In case of justified warnings we advise our clients in limiting the damage/indemnity payments that may ensue. We also defend or enforce the legitimate interests of our clients in court.
