Our practise includes the planning and projecting, construction and operation of power plants. In this context, it is important to draft power purchase agreements that enable contractors to refinance their investments and to ensure that they retain title to their facilities. In case of long-term contracts it is important to include contractual provisions for the existing potential risks of increasing fuel prices, decreasing sales volumes and changes of energy law and energy markets.
