Stefan Missling focuses on issues of fee regulation. He represents the interests of grid operators and investors in court and out-of-court procedures, especially in disputes on grid fees. He provides advice on all kinds of energy distribution systems including connection lines for offshore wind turbines.

As adviser of international associations he is represented in bodies working on the further development of the regulation system (e.g. in the grid platform of the Federal Ministry of Economics).

Furthermore, he advises clients on all matters of public law, in particular in the context of large-scale environmental and planning projects (e.g. power plant approval procedures). In the area of telecommunications law Stefan Missling represents the interests of mobile operators, broadcasters and telecommunications service providers.
