Dr. Christian de Wyl is currently working on the implementation of the unbundling requirements as well as company transactions in the context of M&A (privatisation, re-structuring). He also deals with the contractual layout of delivery and network access in the areas of power and gas. Legal regulation questions and the legal advice on privatisation and power plant projects are a further current focus of his work.
