The amendment of the German energy act (EnWG) replaced the negotiated grid access by a regulated access to the electricity and gas grids. Four legal regulations have replaced the former self-obligation of the elecetricity and gas sector: The regulations for electricity grid access, gas grid access, electricity fees and gas fees(StromNZV, StromNEV, GasNZV, GasNEV). |
